Below is a list of all the leaflets known to have been issued to advertise the Roald Dahl merchandise.

RDL1 August 2001 Gold Golly Farewell Application Form which doubled up as introduction to the Roald Dahl range. Has appearance of book. Intact leaflets may be rare/scarce as most people would have used them to apply for their Gold Golly Farewell badge. Glossy, coloured, 2 page leaflet.
RDL2 Late 2001 Token Collector form. Spaces for 21 tokens (i.e. enough for the whole initial set). Postcard size card
RDL3 2002 Calling all book-lovers. Application for James & The Giant Peach, Fantastic Mr. Fox, Charlie & The Chocolate Factory and The Twits books. Single sheet glossy, coloured, leaflet.
RDL4 2002 As above but Charlie is used as a bullet and Calling all book-lovers is printed below the picture of the books. Only Black and White paper photo copies have been found to date.
RDL5 2001 Dedicated leaflet for the initial range. Includes starter token. Same wording as on RDL1. Glossy, coloured, 2 page leaflet.
RDL6 2002 Glumptious new Charlie and The Chocolate Factory range. Glossy, coloured, 2 page leaflet.Same style as RDL5.
RDL6B 2002 Roald Dahl Charlie and The Chocolate Factory Range of Badges. Purple strip along bottom of page. Single paper A3 coloured order sheet.
RDL7 2003 Dory Hunky New BFG Giant Range. Glossy, coloured, 2 page leaflet. Same style as RDL5.
RDL8 2004 Roald Dahl News Update World of Roald Dahl Fridge Magnet Sets Swashboggling Whizzpopping Scumdiddlyumptious. Purple strip along bottom of page. Single paper A3 coloured order sheet. Same style as RDL6B.
RDL9 September 2004 Fridge magnets plus 5 books (The Twits, Fantastic Mr Fox, Roald Dahl's Revolting Recipes, James and the Giant Peach, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory) plus original range of badges plus starter token. Glossy, coloured, 2 page leaflet. Same style as RDL5.
